Standard is self-service with a starter kit pre-populated with PERAC postings, MGL Ch. 32 explainers, and COLA tables. Professional and Premium include assisted and white-glove migrations respectively — you review, we do the work.
Yes. Custom-domain support is in every tier. Switching DNS is a 5-minute operation; we walk you through it.
Annual invoice billed at the start of your fiscal year is the default. We accept purchase orders, check-by-mail, and ACH. Once your board approves the line item, we send an invoice with net-30 terms.
No multi-year lock-in. Annual invoicing is the default (15% off vs. the monthly rate); month-to-month is available at a small premium. We do not raise prices on existing customers in their first year.
BoardSites does not host a member portal — your actuarial vendor (PTG, Bay State Pension Solutions, etc.) does. We provide a clear handoff button to whichever portal your members use, and we never ask you to duplicate that data on our side.
